WHAT IS OUR PROCESS?

In-depth interviews

During in-depth interviews, we concentrate on all the important search criteria. For instance, we focus on the dimensions of your desired home, what is your ideal living space, your budget, community services, location, etcetera.

Signing an Agreement of PSI and a provision of funds

After defining the customer’s needs, we sign an Outsourcing Service Agreement, defining all the Terms and conditions, such as Work description, provision of funds, applicable fees and payment method.

Searching and visiting sites

After signing off the delivery, we make a selection of properties fulfilling the criteria laid down. On the agreed period, we provide our customers with detailed reports of each chosen property (metrics, photographs, special features …).

Negotiation

Once the customer is decided on a property, the prize negotiation phase starts. We will always negotiate in the benefit of our costumers. Furthermore, at this stage, we are in charge of researching in advance the loyal situation and technics to apply.

Administrative Procedures and documentation

The Real Estate personal shopper service does not end with the purchase of Real Estate. We will be in charge of preparing all the legal procedures, the cash transactions, leasing agreement, signing of the mortage agreement, etc.
